Club Hive

Our club was formed at the start of August, 2012, and we collected a subscription from our members for the year and have received a funding grant from King Country Energy so we are going to name our first hive the “King Country Energy Hive”.

We have also had a grant from our local Resident and Ratepayers Association (ORRIS) and have enough funds to start our first hive and purchase enough gear for club members to use on field days.

Our hive is based at one of our members properties in a spare section alongside his hive.
